24-year-old also accused of carrying a knife
A man accused of having indecent images of children has been remanded in custody.
Twenty-four-year-old Joshua James Tweedy of Market Street in Peel appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
He hasn't entered pleas yet to a total of nine charges - seven of possessing indecent images of children on 29 April, and one each of carrying a knife and using provoking behaviour on 7 July.
Magistrates remanded him in custody until his next court appearance on 13 August.
