Punched a man while holding a bottle
Bail has been granted for a Peel man guilty of grievous bodily harm.
Twenty-four-year-old Mark Benjamin Cain appeared at Douglas Courthouse this week – it’s after he punched a man while holding a glass bottle, outside a pub in Peel last month.
The prosecution was asked to write an outline of aggravating factors in the case before sentencing.
There were no objections to granting bail under the condition he doesn’t attempt to communicate with the victim.
Social inquiry reports have been requested.
Cain will next appear in court on 20 September.
