Future of 18th century schooner raised in Tynwald
The enterprise minister says seeing the return of the Peggy to Castletown is not a priority for him.
It's as Manx National Heritage says it remains committed to seeing the 18th century schooner back in Castletown by September 2025 - with a capital bid expected to be submitted by August this year.
When asked about the cost of the project by Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse in Tynwald this week, Lawrie Hooper did not have a response, and directed Mr Moorhouse to MNH for clarification:
