Owners say choices of places to stay on Island are 'diminishing'
A campsite in Kirk Michael wants to expand into a neighbouring field to be able to accommodate campervans during the TT and Manx Grand Prix period.
Pennybridge's owner says there's a need for the extension because a series of campsites on the Island have closed and there's 'uncertainty' about the future of Sulby Claddaghs.
Plans include installing 14 electrical hook ups for vehicles and extending the operating months from May to September.
The application says no trees will be removed if approved and the field would remain as agricultural land during winter.
