83-year-old yet to enter pleas
An Onchan pensioner whose alleged careless driving caused serious injuries will appear in court again next month.
Eighty-three-year-old Vivien Roma Proven of Seacliffe View appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.
She’s charged with causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care and consideration on 2 February, but hasn’t yet entered a plea.
Her case was adjourned until 8 July.
