Cost-of-living crisis changing people's buying habits
Changing buying habits, brought about by the rising cost-of-living, are being reflected in the cuts of meat chosen by Manx shoppers.
That's the view of a Ramsey butcher who has told Manx Radio his customers are opting for cheaper cuts to fit their budgets.
Mark Matthews runs W.E Teare's butchers in Parliament Street.
