One incident put an individual and operators in 'serious danger'
Visitors are being reminded to stay out of closed areas of one of the Island's plantations.
It's after a member of the public entered a closed zone at South Barrule.
DEFA is currently clearing storm damaged trees there.
It says someone entered the site to film the harvesting operations on Wednesday.
DEFA says the incident put both the individual and the machine operators in 'serious danger' and forced operations to be immediately stopped.
After more people were seen approaching machinery the following day, DEFA is now urging people to respect the safety signs and stay clear of all forestry machinery and wagons.
The work at South Barrule is expected to continue for several months.
