Early preparation and a clear study programme is vital for pupils who want to avoid exam time stress.
That's according to Andrew McKinley, a careers adviser at the Department of Economic Development.
A recent poll in the UK by the National Citizen Service found more than half of young people were reduced to tears by test anxiety.
Mr McKinley explains exercise, hydration and making time to relax are all important during revision time - he says there's lots of ways to tackle stress:
