Richard Cassidy has more than 1,000 signatures
A Manx resident, who lost out on his new home 10 days before moving in, has started a petition.
He's calling for a change to property laws on the Island which would prevent others being gazumped.
Richard Cassidy has more than 1,000 signatures.
He told Manx Radio over 120 people signed the petition because they had been gazumped.
Mr Cassidy says once he hits his target, he plans to submit the petition to the House of Keys:
