Local hopes to reduce second-hand smoke intake in town centre

Kevin Oliphant-Smith recently started a petition for a no-smoking/vaping area in Douglas from Castle Street to Duke Street, prompted after seeing people breathing in second-hand smoke while walking through town.
So far it's garnered more than 400 signatures and received mixed responses from the public.
