More than 1,000 added support within seven hours of launch
A petition calling for road tax to be payable in instalments has gained more than 1,500 signatures in less than 24 hours.
Set up on Change.org yesterday afternoon, the campaign says many Manx residents find it difficult to pay a lump sum for vehicle licensing.
The petition hopes support for payment options from the public will show the Isle of Man Government that there is a need for this change.
More than 1,000 people had signed the petition within seven hours of it going live, and by this lunchtime, more than 1,500 had added their support.
