A 20-year-old man held in custody in connection with an incident in Peveril Road in Willaston last week will appear in court this morning (Tuesday).
Christopher Crellin is charged with possession of an offensive weapon and will appear before the High Bailiff.
Two others charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice by providing false witnesses statements in connection with the incident, 26 year-old Stacey Aston and 17 year-old Jade Karen Cooney, have been bailed until August the 21st.
