Item discovered during renovation works at Watterson Lane
Pictures of ordnance found in a garden in Willaston have been sent to explosives experts in the UK.
The item was discovered by workmen at the property on Watterson Lane earlier today.
Some properties nearby have been evacuated while the situation is assessed, but the majority are unoccupied while renovations take place.
