Mollie Corrooin's Cottage opens doors
A piece of Onchan's past will be open to the public this weekend.
Mollie Corrooin's Cottage is a small two-roomed dwelling which is looked after by a dedicated group of volunteers.
It's in an area of the village known as 'The Butt' and is furnished as it would have been when the woman known as Mollie lived there with her five children.
The Cottage will be open to the public this Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 1.30pm and 4.30pm and admission is free.
Keith Watterson from 'The Friends of Onchan's Heritage' says it's a little gem which needs to be preserved.
