Two women from the Isle of Man are nearly two weeks into a 500 mile walk.
Kate Kirk and Sue Moore (pictured) are hoping to raise more than £7,000 for the Island's Children's Hospice, Rebecca House by following an ancient pilgrimage trail called the Camino de Frances.
Writing on their on-line journal, the pair say they are managing an average of 12 to 15 miles a day, although sunburn and blisters have been hampering their progress.
It's expected the trip will take around six weeks to complete.
