Increased cost coming into force next Thursday
The cost of a pint of milk on the Isle of Man is going up by 5p from next week.
Manx milk will increase to 65 pence for a pint from Thursday 1 October.
The 200ml cartons supplied to schools will also go up by 2p to 21p from January next year.
The Milk Marketing Committee, which sets the price of milk for Manx retailers, says the price rise had been expected in May, but was delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
It's the first rise in the cost of milk since 2012.
