Permissions granted for development on Marina Road in Douglas
Plans to build a four-storey building with six apartments and a commercial or retail unit in the centre of Douglas have been given the go ahead.
Permission has been granted for the mixed-use building at 1, 1a and 2 Marina Road.
The proposals were submitted by Niche Innovation Limited, which is based at the Opul Centre near the development site.
The planning application says the development will be aiming to deliver modern and appealing commercial accommodation, high quality residential accommodation and to contribute to the regeneration of Douglas.
