
Plans to turn the old Noble’s hospital into a new Douglas primary school have the approval of Douglas Borough Council.
It’s proposed the former hospital site will replace both Ballacloan Infant School and Fairfield Junior School.
However, the council’s Environmental Services Committee did not approve the plans unanimously, with the final vote being 3 for and 1 against.
