Hartford Homes pleased with public reaction to concept
Plans for a new 153 home development near Ramsey are expected to be submitted to planners within the next couple of weeks.
Hartford Homes' development, at The Vollan, includes a mix of two, three, four and five bedroomed houses.
Around a quarter will fall into government’s definition of affordable housing with purchasers able to apply for support through existing schemes.
The properties will be equipped with heat pumps and solar panels.
Company spokesperson Julie Jones says a public meeting showcasing the plans attracted considerable interest:
