West Quay application received objections from commission
The Department of Infrastructure has withdrawn its planning application to develop Ramsey's West Quay following objections from Commissioners.
Plans for the area were submitted in October of last year after meetings were held with the Commission, but in a public meeting held in November, members claimed a number of concerns they raised had not been taken into account.
As a result, the Commission objected on grounds that proposals failed to meet policies laid out in the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2016.
Details of the application can be found at Online Services - Planning Application Details (gov.im)
