Previous plans for Ashwood site were withdrawn
Planning permission (24/00763/B) is being sought to build three detached houses in Baldrine.
It would involve the demolition of an existing home on the Ashwood site on Ballamenagh Road.
If approved, a new entrance would replace the existing one, with the creation of an internal shared private access driveway, complete with areas for parking and turning.
There is currently space for four parking spaces on the site - this will be expanded to 11.
New foul and surface water systems would also be installed.
The application documents include a planning statement, topographical survey, architectural drawings, photographs as existing and computer-generated images as proposed.
A previous application submitted for the site in 2021 by Apex Homes (21/00992/B) was ultimately withdrawn.
The company had sought permission to erect four detached dwellings with garages and an associated access road in 2021.
The new application has been submitted by Construction Design Ltd on behalf of Eastlake Developments Ltd.
