Development proposed in field off Oatlands Road
There are plans in for 27 homes in the north of the Island.
The development is for Andreas, and would span over 1.23 hectares on the former Dale Nurseries Site on Oatlands Road.
The proposals, currently under consideration, are for a mix of detached, terraced and bungalow homes in the area.
