Commissioners to request planning deadline extension
Plans have been submitted for the creation of a camp-site with more than 200 tent spaces in fields of off old Church Road in Crosby.
The proposal, submitted by JM Project Management, includes a stone access road and other facilities to be used during the TT and Festival of Motorcycling.
It's intended the site will be open '24 hours a day' throughout these events, and will offer temporary shower and toilets facilities.
Six staff and visitor car parking spaces are also included.
It's the same developer which successfully applied to build the 28 homes under construction in the village at Ballaglonney Farm.
Marown commissioners have indicated they'll seek an extension to the planning deadline.
