Ballot taking place on industrial action
The Isle of Man Post Office is trying to reassure customers they have plans in place should workers vote to strike over the Christmas period.
The Communications Workers Union is seeking support from members to take action over a range of issues including changes to pensions, pay and allowances.
The result of the ballot will be known in early December.
Post Office chair Julie Edge says the organisation is still open to talks at any time.
But she says contingencies are ready to maintain the service if a strike happens.
