Plans in place to ensure ambulances can reach patients during MGP

Road closures can make access inside the course difficult

Plans are in place to ensure ambulance crews can reach the whole Island, even when the Mountain Course is closed for Manx Grand Prix.

The head of the ambulance service says road closures can present a challenge for paramedics.

Issues include reaching the north, when only the coast road is available, and accessing areas on the course like Kirk Michael and Glen Vine.
