Legislation comes into effect from 2019
The policy and reform minister says the roll-out of new equality legislation provides plenty of time for people to get adjusted.
It's been confirmed the Equality Bill will come into effect from January 2019.
Government says it will provide training, support and advice to businesses which are affected by the legislation.
