Manx-based developer Dandara has applied to build a new corporate headquarters on land it owns in Braddan.
The company wants to build the offices on land next to its own headquarters in the Isle of Man Business Park on Cooil Road.
In its application, the company says the three-storey building would include car parking and landscaping.
It would provide more than 1,6000 square metres of office space on a one-acre site
The planning application says the land is currently undeveloped, and access road would connect it to Vicarage Rise, with a pedestrian link to Vicarage Way.
The company says it wants to use Manx stone, glass and steel to create what it calls a “contemporary aesthetic of strong geometric compositions”.
As well as the building, there are plans for more than a hundred car parking spaces.
