It would be built on a site owned by Riley's Garden Centre
Plans have been submitted by local traders Premier Kitchens for the construction of a new Kitchen showroom on a site owned by Riley's Garden Centre.
The facility would provide space for the display and sale of kitchens by Premier, who have agreed a lease with Riley's for the site.
The drawings by local architectural company, Dave Luton Design, include two allocated parking spaces and a path for disabled access.
