The research facility will be built on Cooil Road if approved
Plans have been submitted for a proposed medicinal cannabis cultivation site on the Island.
Peel NRE wants to build the 72-acre research and development facility on Cooil Road in Douglas.
Costing £150 million, it's thought it will create 250 jobs if approved.
