Plans have been submitted to redevelop a vacant shop in the Villa Marina Colonnade into a restaurant.
The unit is located between the Gaiety Theatre and Villa Marina.
Dazan Ltd, registered at 43 Loch Promenade where Jaks is based, wants to provide culinary options before and after theatre performances.
The proposed hours of operation are 9am - 1am Monday to Sunday.
