Proposals to convert the ground floor of Paramount City on Queen's Promenade have been submitted to planners.
The designs also include a four-bedroom home on the first and second floor of the premises.
The building, which was sold in August last year, hasn't been used for several years, and is described as structurally sound, but in need of restoration internally and externally.
