Local charity calls for Tynwald to act
The founder of an environmental group is keen for Tynwald to take preventative measures against plastic pollution.
Bill Dale believes a small, refundable deposit on bottles would reduce the amount littered across the Island.
He says plastic makes up around half the litter Beach Buddies clears off the coastline each year.
Mr Dale is now calling for action:
