Message from DEFA at start of season
Island residents are being asked to be mindful of nesting birds at this time of year.
It's the start of the season and species such as Arctic, Little and Common Terns are finding a spot on the Island to care for their eggs.
The Ayres in the north is heavily populated with birds from now until the end of July.
Biodiversity officer Louise Sampson says people should be aware.
