Think tank seeking ideas
An event aimed at addressing the proliferation of plastic pollution in Manx waters is inviting residents to voice their opinions.
US Think tank Singularity University's Isle of Man chapter will look to drum up ideas on how to tackle it at Noa Bakehouse on 10 January.
All are welcome to attend the free meeting, which begins at 6pm.
Singularity University, headquartered in Silicone Valley, is sharing those thoughts with 150 satellite chapters across the globe.
Eight million tons of plastic waste is dumped into oceans worldwide annually.
