There are just over three weeks for people to make their views known about the development at the Poacher’s Pocket site in Ballasalla.
A select committee of Tynwald was set up during October’s sitting to look into the planning application for the housing site.
The three-strong committee is now asking for individuals to send their comments in so a full investigation can be carried out.
In a statement, committee chairman Speaker of the House of Keys Steve Rodan (pictured) says once written evidence has been received, they’ll invite people to give oral evidence.

Mr Rodan is joined by Michael MHK David Cannan and Juan Turner MLC as they look into how the planning application was dealt with.
In particular, they’re to look into how the Department of Local Government and the Environment dealt with the proposals.
The deadline for members of the public to submit their views is Friday, November 30.
You can send your submissions to the Legislative Buildings in Douglas, or by email to enquiries@tynwald.org.im
