Students to be prosecuted
Both the juvenile female who committed an assault on a schoolgirl and the one who filmed it have been dealt with by Police and will be prosecuted in Court.
Police are also asking people to delete copies of the video, which generated a large amount of comment, from social media pages.
They also say the victim will continue to receive support from the Police, school and other agencies.
In a separate statement issued earlier, Ballakermeen High School said it had taken "immediate action"and "imposed the strongest sanction on the perpetrator".
Discussions between the school and officials at the Department of Education are ongoing.
