Incident happened in Kirk Michael
Police are appealing for witnesses after a 4x4 was involved in a collision with a dog.
The hit-and-run incident happened in Kirk Michael at 10:30pm on Thursday.
At the time of the collision, the car was heading towards Ballaugh.
Officers are asking for the owner of the vehicle to come forward.
