Jewellery box containing a gift was taken in February; police release images in appeal for information
The Isle of Man Constabulary is appealing for information after a jewellery box was taken from Douglas City Library (Henry Bloom Noble Library) in Douglas earlier this year.
Police say a woman entered the library on 11 February, picked up a jewellery box from a table near the entrance, and left the building.
The box contained a necklace intended as a gift for a member of staff.
Images of the woman have been released as part of the investigation.
Anyone who recognises her is asked to contact Douglas Police Headquarters on 631212, or anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
