Incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon
Police are appealing for witnesses to a incident in Douglas yesterday, during which a man is believed to have been shouting at people in the street.
Officers say it happened sometime between 5:30pm and 7pm around Victoria Road and Loch Promenade.
Anyone who witnessed the man shouting is asked to contact police headquarters on 631212.
