The incident happened on 7 January
Police are investigating a road traffic collision involving a silver-coloured Skoda and mountain bike.
The incident occurred around 14.15 on Saturday 7 January, on Station Road in Peel.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone with information and are urging witnesses to come forward and contact Peel Police Station on 842 208, quoting reference number 97/1112/23.
