The incident involved one pedestrian and one vehicle
Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision which occurred on Harris Promenade, Douglas on Sunday 7 September.
The incident, which took place at 7:45pm involved one pedestrian and one vehicle.
The pedestrian is currently receiving treatment.
Officers are further appealing for two males who they believe were in the area at the time who may have witnessed the incident.
They stopped to assist; but left prior to being spoken to by the police.
In addition, police are also requesting the driver of a white car to come forward as they believe it is likely that they also witnessed the collision.
