The police force has had 28 complaints made against its officers in the last year.
Next week in Tynwald, politicians will see the report of the police complaints commissioner for the year up to the end of March.
It shows there have 13 complaints are still being investigated, five have been withdrawn, four resolved informally, and five found to be unsubstantiated.
However, officers were found to have abused their authority in one case, and used excessive force in two others.
