Officers keen to find him 'safe and well'
Police say they're concerned for the welfare of a Port St Mary man.
Lee Cowell, who's 36, was last seen wearing a beanie hat, a dark jacket over a t-shirt, blue jeans and trainers.
Officers stress he's not in any trouble, but they just want to find him safe and well.
