A property in Douglas was still cordoned off this evening as police continued to investigate a suspicious death.
Officers found the body of a man at a flat in Belmont Terrace at around 9am today.
It's not known how long police will be at the scene, but they say they will do what they can to minimise disruption for local residents.
A Post Mortem will be carried out by a Home Office Pathologist tomorrow, and the Island's coroner of inquests has been informed.
Inspector Kevin Wilson says while they are treating the death as suspicious, they are remaining open minded.
