Sixty-two-year-old arrested at Douglas hotel room in March
A Liverpool man who tried to remove more than £80,000 off the Island is due in court today (Friday).
Edward Anthony Sutton, who's 62 and from Rufford Close in the city, admits the offence.
He was arrested at a Douglas hotel room in the early hours of March 24 and more than £82,000 was later found in his car.
The search revealed a makeshift hidden compartment containing several wraps of banknotes.
