Police hunt red car after Vauxhall overturns

A police investigation is under way after a car travelling from Douglas towards Crosby overturned and collided with a hedge.

It happened on the Mount Rule Road in Strang at around 6.45pm yesterday (Tuesday).

The driver of the silver Vauxhall Corsa was unhurt.

Police are trying to trace a small red vehicle, similar in size to a Ford Fiesta, Vauxhall Corsa or Renault Clio, which was travelling towards Douglas at the time of the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to ring Onchan Police Station on 675190 or Police Headquarters on 631212.
