
Police are investigating a dog attack which left a small dog with serious injuries.
It happened at about 10pm last Tuesday (November 10), in the area of the Crescent, Derbyhaven.
A resident of the area was walking his Yorkshire Terrier when it was set upon by two black and tan dogs similar to Alsatians, which were not on a leash and not under control.
The owner of the terrier managed to scare the other dogs off but the terrier received serious abdominal injuries.
