16-year-old to appear in court today
A 16-year-old male will appear in court this morning after being arrested yesterday outside Tesco in Douglas for allegedly acting aggressively and being abusive to staff.
IoM Constabulary confirmed the news in a social media post.
The young male was arrested, taken to Police HQ, charged with ‘provoking behaviour’ and is due to appear in court this morning.
Police say they will do all they can to protect staff working in stores, and will not tolerate this behaviour towards them.
