Involved a blue Audi A4 and another vehicle
Police have launched an appeal for witnesses following an 'incident' that happened on the New Castletown Road on Sunday 2 June.
It involved a blue Audi A4 and another vehicle between Fort North roundabout and the Home of Rest for Old Horses at 9pm.
Officers say there were a number of passing vehicles that witnessed the incident take place.
