Items exchanged but no payments given
Police are looking for more information on a young woman they believe may be involved in a scam through 'Isle of Man Buy and Sell' sites on Facebook.
It's said people are selling items through the social media page but no payments are being received, despite bank details being exchanged, once the items are collected.
A woman, reportedly around the age of 20, has been referenced by a number of victims.
Anyone who's had this happen to them is asked to get in touch with police on 631212.
